Adding A Prefix

I've seen several posts regarding how one may remove a prefix from their name, but none on how you add one? I want to add my clan's tag to the beginning of my game name. How do I do this?

do you have the 1.03 patch cause if you do I would say:

Yes I do. I'm probably just overlooking something obvious. I would appreciate it someone could point it out to me.

On the login screen you'll see player prefix.

At the login screen you wil see the option to add it.
