what are the qualification for these? i just got them both and am not sure why.

I just got them today too. Obviously the requirements were nerfed and that is all that matters.

Just got them too (we all do kinda). Most likely "Time spend as MEC/China" but not sure how long. I got 68hrs as MEC and 43 as China.

I've got mine with 43 hours for MEC and 16 hours for China.

I got mine pre-patch around 250 hours total i dont htink it mattered how much you played in the theaters just that you HAVE played in the theatres

Major nerf - was supposed to be in the couple hundred hours or something like that. I have 68 and got them both tonight.

I got you all beat. I got my MEC and PLO ribbons with 3.5 hours as Chinese, 18 hours as MEC.
