1.03 - mouse / keyboard dont work in-game

Nice work DICE. I can start the game up, get to the class select/map point select screen and no in-game interface is available. I get the mouse pointer - but the mouse doesn't work, and the keyboard doesnt work.

I can ALT F4, ALT TAB etc to get out of the app, and it doesnt say BF2.exe is not responding etc. Great coding.

I am having the same problem, it has something to do with the internet connection. Ever since 1.03 when i connect the game freezes at the choose map point screen. It disconnects me totally from the internet and reconnects like 10 seconds later but never lets me join a game , just states i have connection problems and try to rejoin. anyone else having this problem? i wish they would take back 1.03 till they fix it . Any advice or further comments would be nice

Had the same issue with the 1.02 patch. Took me about 3 times before I found the problem. All the control settings were erased. Just had to hit the reset to default tab in the control setting and all was good. Now if I could just figure out why I cant play MP with the new 1.03 patch. CTD everytime at about 50% map load. SP works fine.

I'm not installing this piece of crap until its fixed. Took long enough the first time to figure out what driver was CTD. Plays fine now, so no 1.o3, so it Stays fine.
