need help"server has refused your connection"

I installed the patch (1.03) and this comes up when I log in. (welcome to duty screen) I turn my firewall and virus protection off. I ran a spyware and virus scan no help. Can anyone help with this issue?

I tried uninstalling the game, defrag and reinstalling. Nothing worked any ideas? Any? This is the last EA game I buy. Bring on COD2, atleast Activision puts out a game you can play.
