20000 is the best guess at this point. i've seen a guy with 20100 something and he was master.

I'm a first sergeant with 20700 something like that.. its weird.. has to be an error of some kind.

Im Im First Seargent with around 23,000 points, and I'm pretty sure that Seargent Major is 25,000.

No it's not a bug, EA changed the ranking system.
