Jeez a player that played for 2 weeks has a sergeant rank, wooohoooo, so what, because someone spent more time at the keyboard they are somehow more deserving or skilled??, didnt think so, get a life.

Sometimes all the whining about rank and stuff makes me wish I was back in the days of DC... No stat-tracking, people just played to HAVE FUN...I think a lot of people are missing the fact that we're playing to have fun here... Ranks are cool, but they're not the point of the game... I'd much rather see all the gameplay issues fixed before they go and mess with ranks and medals and such... Now if only that damn patch would finish downloading!!!!!

I completely AGREE , the 1st dam map I played I charged 3 guys at a flag and tossed my c4 then ducked behind the wall and went to explode th c4 and guess what.............. I end up throwing some more c4 on the wall right infront of me then the enemy jumps the wall and I blow up with him. Dammit so annoying, hapened to me soo many times. FIX THIS

This should be more like 5 points for blowing up enemy arty and stuff like that, a medic on a 64 player server in kharkand is having a field day, the medics usually get the most points for reviving people, and its madness, the commander also has a field day as one arty strike will kill about 20 people at once if not more.
1 point is better than non, but i at least expected there to be more points for such a long and boring task.

The C4 isn't a glitch, I believe it's lag. Happens to me when I try to switch guns in a laggy server, have to hit it twice. (I think that's it anyways.)

I guess its only 1 point because they don't want people TOO keen to destroy the commander assets. Not much fun for the commander is it?

This has gotta be the reason otherwise its mad round the assets!

Wow... reviving someone that dies within 50m of you is a hell of a lot easier then going all the way accross the map to where all of their team's pilots spawn and trying to blow something up.

As for bnlowing arty etc i assume you get 1 point PER ASSET. So if you blow 3 artys then u get 3 points, another point for the radar and UAV also. Sounds pretty good too me.

Agreed. It should be at least two points per item destroyed. One hardly seems fair, given the fact that often it's at extreme risk getting into the enemies base and blowing the stuff anyhow.

It is more risky hiding in the bushes, at the corner of the map, than blowing commander assets. Stat padders could get you in the bushes...

One of the funniest (and easiest) thing to do is to sneak into enemy HQ and blow things up. I never did it for points, I did it to HELP MY TEAM. I'd end up with 0 points in the game, yet we won and I felt great.

Sometimes I spend WHOLE round blowing things up, without enemies even trying to catch me. They're too busy trying to get points...

Only the spec ops players will complain about this...I play whatever loadout my squad needs, I dont give a crap about the commander assets, its a waste of time unless he is hounding our squad.
