You need a 5mb line to support that transfer rate. Although I use Fileshack and they also offer highspeed downloads.

Wow kudos for the link. I'm sick of all these sign up adware dl places. I'm pulling 140kb/s now much better than the 50k/s i was getting off of the torrent. Or the 20k/s from EA.

Definately the fastest. No sign up required. No wait. Hella pimp.

As a rule of thumb your transfer rate is 1/8th your line speed. With a 15M line you should get a transfer rate of around 1.8m/s, but you'll be pressed to find a server that will support that.
