Link is crap...there is stuff on there but no link for 1.3 patch.
It say's 1.1 TO 1.3...meaning that they don't have it yet!

what is the point of getting this patch earlier than anyone else? If you patch before the servers do - you will not be able to play online til later anyway.

I am waiting until it is released by EA officially.

i'm getting it at 115. From Australia.

It's on the EA FTP as well.

I know my "local" server (gamearean) already has 2 servers with new patch.
