I hate to burst bubbles here but the admins on the EA UK forums said that it'll be released after 4pm today but not at 4pm exactly. They said to expect it some time this afternoon but didn't say exactly when (as they probablt don't know themselves for sure).

If you get a certain amount of TK's that get punished (set by server admin ranked or unranked), the server bans you automatically till the end of the round.
