Patch Release
The patch is due for release imminently.
We'll update you as soon as we have further information regarding time.

Yep their site is down, and there's heavy speculation on the EA forums as to whether this means that they're uploading the patch.

However, taking down a whole website for hours just to upload a patch seems a bit off..

They took the site down just before the demo was released too.

man I've never seen so many people so excited about a patch and now it's getting to me too, you're all making this so horrifically agonizing with all these threads about patch this patch that patch the blackhawk patch the stat whores patch the patch patch the flag caps patch teh hax patch all the noob tubes (I wish) patch the AA patch the TKs patch the artillery patch the little flies that hang around karkand (sometimes I think they're grenade fragments and I dive for cover) and now I'm all anxious for no reason...except for the fact that the greatest patch in the history of mankind will soon be released, MARK MY WORDS!!!

I wanna shoot down some jjeeettssssss
