You can go to GAME MONITOR and watch the list of servers updating to the new patch if you're really desperate :p
Its up to 75 servers - patch is definitely releasing soon!

We are patching servers tonight to ver. 1.03 to be ready for the clientside patch release of 1.03 tommorow morning at 7am PST.

What that's in GMT? 3pm?

You can go to GAME MONITOR and watch the list of servers updating to the new patch if you're really desperate :p
