Help Me Plzzz!

I have a problem that keeps happening... When I start up BF2 the cursor works perfect, and when im choosing a server, and connecting it works perfect... But, when I get into the server, the cursor arrow just stays in the middle, and dosnt move when I try to pick a pack, and I cant escape to the main menu or hit enter. It isnt frozen because I can see the text of people dying, and movement in-game, and the only way I can exit is Alt+F4. Does anyone know why this is, and can I get some help plz?

What mouse are you using?

Is the mouse plugged in USB, or PS/2? Try plugging it into another port.
Lower your ingame settings to low, and see if it still does the same thing.

And by the way: try to use a more descriptive thread topic next time if you want some serious help. Most people tend to "oversee" topics that contain the word "help", "please", etc. Also be more specific in the topic body regarding your current hardware, as it might help a lot with narrowing your problems. As of right now, the cause for your problem could be practicaly anything...

The game worked fine yesterday, and the weeks before, but today its actin up on me today, and I dunno why :/

Think about what you've changed or done just before it stopped working . If you installed new programs get rid of them and see if it works again. Could be conflicting files or programs.

I had the same probem. Go to controls and just click set to defaults and it should work just fine.
