Can that [hist post] even qualify as a "verbal" lashing out? That would require real words, would it not?

That is swedish for "This side towards enemies". However it says "Denna sida mot fienden", it just doesnt show in this screen.

This is written on the swedish equiliament (spelling?) "Försvarsladdning 21" (= Defense Charge 21) in the swedish army.

So yes it's an easter egg.

It's probably "Denna sida mot fienden" = This side towards the enemy

Does this really qualify as an easter egg? Isn't it just a funny detail? Aren't easter eggs supposed to be somewhat secret and such? :hmm:

                      Its swedish for:

                      This side facing the enemy.

                      Claymores really say that...

I just thought of something... The armies in BF2 are violating the laws of war by using troop mines that are triggered by the "victim"

I find it kinda funny that a real claymore would have that written on it. If you are handling claymores you shouldn't need instructions on how to use them. You best already know how to position the damn thing.

BTW- This must explain why me teammates keep getting killed from my claymores. They don't understand Swedish. Hopefully the patch will include an English version so they will be able to understand which side of the claymore they should avoid.

DICE is swedish. However due to their success as a developer they've opened offices on other countries such as Canada (who's making the expansion).
