Unlocking Weapons In Singleplayer Mode

I was wondering, can you unlock the other weapons in singleplayer mode? I have dial-up so my connection speed isn't exactly on par for playing on the internet.

I tried that one cheat, editing the unlocks.py file. But that didn't work. It just changed the .py file to a .txt file. I haven't patched the game either, still v1.0.1.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

P.S I tried a search but couldn't pull up anything...

For some reason that file will not allow me unlocked weapons. I would work for them online, but I only have dial up so that makes it a tad bit hard to do so.

I also checked out some searches, and it seems like a bunch of threads are already on this same topic. Sorry for the inconvience.

But if someone could tell me how I might go about getting to use all the weapons I would greatl;y appreciate it. Thanks.
