based on the ranks of people who have tested the new patch and their global scores, these are my educated guesses for the rank requirements in 1.03:
250-pfc
500-lance cpl
1500-2000-cpl
3000-4000-sgt
5000-staff sgt
10000-gunnery sgt
20000(?)-master sgt/ 1st sgt
I don't have any idea what the upper two will be because nobody who has played the patch had higher than 30k points, but I might guess
50k and 100k

If thats true, then I should be waking up as a 1st Seargent tomorrow :laugh:

Naz has the veteran sniper badge, but he has only played about 50 hours as a sniper.

grr has only played 80 hours as spec ops, and yet he has the veteran badge. I think the new requirement will be around 50 hours and then some IAR requirement. also 30k-> master sgt and 15k-> gunnery sgt, so corporals get 3 extra unlocks, which seems a little much to me.

ribbions are cool because they provide a challenge to get and its only about personal gain since no one else cares. Badges are worthless crap that is just to show you how much time youve wasted in the game........

so im guessing youre not very happy about them then?! wel play st else tw*t!

Badges and junk keep the game new and give you something to do. Just like the ranks and new weapons. Otherwise, the game would've died much quicker, especially with the bugs and stuff.
