Why when I spot it doesn't show up for my teammates? Bug?

Sometimes when I spot I don't see the enemy light-up and consequently doesn't help at all other than adding to the spot spam.

Is this a bug or what am I doing wrong?

well 1st ur crosshares should be ponting at whatever ur tyin 2 spot...

Normally when I spot I'm zoomed out. And yes when I spot I click on the red dot I see when I do a scan.

Its a net bug, quite common actually. It happens with miscommunication with the server. It'll sometimes appear in someplace completely different. I dont know how many times I've spotted a tank only for it to appear on a friends computer right beside him, even though he was on the other side of the map.

Its just the result of corrupted packets or miscommunication between you and the server.

I don't understand what you're saying? I am commander and commanders can spot for their teammates.

When you play as commander do you spot for your teammates? And if so do you notice this bug? If you do how do you get around it?

what im sayng is it may not show up 4 u cause ur in the commander screen. If u spor someone and they dont show up then get out of the commander screen and check the minimap.

I was serously tryin 2 help. U be suprised how many tards try to spot sumthin through a wall or sumthin way off in the fog!

Ah that makes sence. I'll switch out of commander mode and see if it actually shows up. Perhaps, like you're suggesting, it actually DOES show up for everyone just not me while in the commander screen.
