How Can I Unlock The Weapons In Single Player Mode? I Heard I Could Change Some Numbers In The Files, But I Don't Remember Where I Heard It Or What Exactly To Do. Does Anyone Know?

One more thing, once you unlock a weapon it shouldn't allow you to use it in Single Mod? What's going on?

No, because the unlock is only enabled after checking with EA's stat server. SP games don't contact the stat server so no unlocks. You need to mod the game to get unlocks in SP.
