ATI Driver Problem Error thing

I was playing BF2 when suddenly to HUD began to flash. No lag, but flashing. Then the screen turned to this:


I updated my driver about a month ago but the error report says it was a driver problem. I don't know what my current driver is (I forgot) but this is whats on dxdiag.

What sould I bump up to (or down to)?

I imagine that using www.drivercleaner.net and a fresh install of your video drivers and your motherboard chipset dirvers will solve that.
