If you ever played the single player demo, there is no health bar in cod2 now. You will only know that you a very hurt by your sides of screen getting red. But you can type some command in the console to see the healthbar.

Multiplayer is gonna be the exact same as the original COD.

it was way too deathmatch like, and not realistic at all. It was the exact same as Medal of Honor Allied Assault multiplayer.

yeah sorry cant see what all the fuss is about - downloaded that demo, played it on hardest, erased it in 20 min (for god knows how many hours downloading lol). after playing op flashpoint and all the battlefield series i just really cant stand incredibley linear games - no strategy or larger tactical potential. graphics were nice but at the end of the day they were just polished up to todays standards - and even then mmeeeehhhhhh

dont get me wrong i'm a ww2 shooter fanatic but quite frankly i dont think it is worth the money.... FH2 has far far far more potential... i'd rather wait for that and get it for free (sometime late 2006 lol)

looks like we've got a bit longer to wait for something good - i am just ****ed cause i was hoping COD2 would fill that void... hopefully there multiplayer demo shows us some more open terrain...

umm, please don't compare online games such as the battlefield series, to singleplayer parts in an offline/online game. The singleplayer will be linear, yes, but online, no.

I will buy a copy of COD2 and then break it into a number of tiny peaces before grinding it up and feeding it to my dog. (It should make his coat shiny) Then I will burn his "output" and cast the ashes into a trash compactor. I will then take the cube of ash and rearrange its structure on a molecular level until it ceases to exist as a solid substance.
