    Crash to Desktop- READ THIS

I need help w/ my game crashing to desktop upon launch. I have tried all the things they tell you to do on the EA support document in My Documents. Anyone else have a similar problem and if you fixed it, how? Thx

most likely your video card isn't supported, did the same thing when i had an intel chipset.

      your system specs would help.

Try lowering you're AGP settings down to 4x. My Xtasy 9250 isnt on the list but it works ONLY if you bring it down to 4x. THANK YOU AOTS FOR THAT!

I solved my crash to desktop problem by setting my memory timings manually rather than letting the system auto detect them. The auto detect showed the right timings, but since manually setting them I havent had a single CTD.

what proccessor do you have, go controll panel, system

it should look somthing like this, and it's right before you see GHZ, as an example i have 2.80 (2.8) ghz.

Ram is fine... i don't know about the video card though.

ive played it w/ this video card on medium fine and my processor speed is 2519 or 2.52 ghz, does that sound right? I am going to try uninstall-reinstall, save it in a different name like Battlefield 2 Game or something and see if that works.
