unless i just had a bad experience there, there's a guy named angry iraqui who i have a screenie of warning me that if i ever punished him for a tk again i wouldn't like what would happen next. he atry'ed quite a few of us... all it would have taken was a little sorry guys and no biggie, i'm not one that punishes, but i felt i had to this time due to his rudeness.
i haven't found his game info, but it might be nice to look at

Punishing for a accidental TK is frowned upon and might get you kicked, so consider yourself warned. Tk punish is a very powerfull tool and should be used only if you were TKED on purpose, thats what its there for.Comment

i've accidentally TK'd a few times and gotten punished for it. i said sorry and still got punished. my favorite reply is "do you REALLY think i MEANT to TK you???"
like i said i don't punish often, this guy was rude and tk'd quite a few times during that game. he may be a really good player and a nice guy. he just didn't show it that game. not very sportsmanly and not a good way to represent a clan or it's server.
above all, we at CPT> always respect the others playing the game, don't talk smack and play fairly. i don't think angry iraqui did. that's all i'm saying.
i'm not right, i'm not wrong, it's just my opinion. above all, it's just game.

i'm not sure if you 2 are asking ME my position, but i got an email saying tank replied.
i punish if i feel it's on purpose which is almost never. hell, **** happens, i run if i see the big red circle ands hear arty your area. if i'm in a heated firefight i know i might be taken out by FF. no biggie. i know if i'm near a tank/vehicle i may get run over. i know the way the game is played, but when we have 4-6 team members in an active fight for a flag, the commander needs to allow us to do our jobs and fight the other side. if he arty's us 2x, 3x in a row, in my opinion, he deserves a punish at least once. when i command and see a long fought battle i at least tell the squad to move away so i can arty the other team. if they don't, i don't arty. simple...
