I know the patch is comming out, but ppl will still "BH whore". heres a list of tactics ive found to be very useful for taking out a blackhawk.Useful, but not perfect.
One of the easiest ways is to get 2-3 people and hide around a flag in vehicles that have mounted machine guns,(tanks,jeeps,humvees,etc.) wait for the greedy bh pilot to start capping the flag, and let lose with everything at once. theres no way that it will make it out. this works very good on levels like mashtuur city where u dont have much AA.an alternate way would be to have 3-4 anti-tankppl and wait for the BH to start capping a flag.
An obvious solution would be to ram it with a jet or trans chopper, but a good pilot can usually aviod a chopper, jet ramming does works well.Attack choppers can own a bh if the gunner knows how to aim TV missles.
Another effective counter is put 5 C4 on a flag pole and........... bye bye BH
. usually this is hard to pull off unless ur the commander, b/c u need to be in sight range aka minigun range to know when to blow it. If you are the commander, launch arty on the helo pad after the BH goes down and u can delay them another 40 seconds or so.
The funniest way in my opinion is get a MEC chopper squad going, fly over a blackhawk, and have a guy in the back chucking C4s on the top of the BH.if he blows em up the pilot can fly over the heli pad if its lightly defended and have the C4 guy keep carpet bombing em.

dont sit in a stinger/IGLA if the driver angles the BH in your direction or you'll become target practice for the gunner.
If they're dropping mines, be careful where your driving if your in a vehicle,so many people get obsessed with chasing the bh that they run over a mine and get owned.
