Crash problem fixed yet?

Ok i bought the game when it first came out and i still cant play...... I click on the icon and then the screen turns black and it goes back to the desktop...AHH

Here are my specs.
Microsoft xp
1 gig ram
ati X800 pro
pentium 4 2.4 Ghz

This is a problem with the ATI drivers. Go into the Hardware forum and follow the instructions in the "Graphics Cards Drivers and Utilities" thread on where to get the newest drivers and how to properly install them.
