i don't think any PCI cards will even support BF2 even if all the other specs are high end will it?

How come people always say that? You could run BF2 with a PCI card on low or low/med ONLY.

Yes you can, i have a Geforce fx 5200 PCI and i run BF2 on low, tho it will change soon.

Right on, Ummm... What if the game screen is freezing when the menu comes up right after the video? I can't set stuff to low can I?

the game starts up with the credits and all that and then when it gets to the log on screen it freaks out if bf2 does support PCI i think its the shader.........

Ok, well I just talked to staples, they said I can return the card. SO I'm thinking this, My little bro runs the demo on his 5500. Dude ^ above said he runs it on a 5200. So I'm thinking of getting a 5500 PCI 256 card. What do u guys think, should I go with this card?
