Getting sound from other players

I'm having the oddest thing happen. On gulf of Oman twice now I will have the sound for another player in either the left or right channel of my headphone. For example if they are in a car driving I hear it or if they shoot thier gun I hear it. It's clear as day and I'm positive that it is the sound for someone else because I spent the time to track down the player and kill them. Then the sounds switched to another player. It strange but it make the game unplayable because it just gets annoying after a few minutes. Anyone heard of this?

Asus a8n-sli premium
AMD 4000 x2 64
2gigs ram
nvidia 7800gt oc
X-fi platinum

U've been cursed or what? lol

U should update u're sound drivers, and (my best guess) is to de-install all sound card drivers and re-start u're computer to re-install the drivers from very start.

Thanks I reinstalled and have not had the problem again. I will post if I do.
