Even my worse round is only coming close to half the requirements of the Purp Heart. I suppose if I had every other award first I'd go for it on purpose.

From here you can see you need to get in one round:
- Kill/Death ratio of 1:4
- 5+ kills
- 20+ deaths

I got mine the old fashion way, by being a noob when i started playing online
