I am the poor player that plays the game the way I thought it was meant to be played from the developers EA/DICE.

I play like this:

I always play in squads as SM or SL.
I always try my best to do what my commander or SL wants me to do.
I always give orders and try to stay alive as spawn point when SL'eading.
I try my best to use any kit that suits my squad the best.
I use voip.
I always heal/feed ammo to/repair my team-mates.
I always spot enemy forces.
I play all the maps and all factions (although I always hope I'm not on the USMC side because it seems like the most unorganized side on most servers).
I never give up once I have gotten a mission.
I never whore anything.
I never hug any vehicle.
I never ride anything that can't fit all my squad members and if so it is always only for transportation.
I never pad for stats.
I never team kill deliberately.
I never whine if anyone punishes me for a team kill, I don’t care about points.
I never punish team kills; I never get killed deliberately because I never hang around the "tk-areas".
I never bunny hop or dolphin hop.
I never base rape.
I never kill anyone with the n00b tube at close range.
I never command, I probably should but never had the time to learn it (I'm a casual player).

I never score a lot of points the way I play. I will never get more than two unlocks. But I want and need the unlocks since I always have my feet on the ground with a gun in my hands. You expert aviator/chopper pilot get all the unlocks but you guys don’t need them!

My question is: do some of you experts (expert that don't care about points) that have all the unlocks want to swap account with me so I can have the guns you don’t need? You will unlock them again in no time anyway!

I also work hard for my points - and follow orders etc like you said....but I get pts, and plenty of them.

Last night was a perfect example - never "whored" the whole night - just was in a very good squad that was all on ventrilo, and never questioned the SL when we each took turns in the role.

Each map lasted anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour 30 (server had 1.5 hour limit per map). I never got less than 130 pts per round, but never topped 190.

We all worked hard for the points and for the team.

Just because you follow orders, play the way you do - does not mean you need to get shafted on pts.

I saw a medic yesterday (in my squad) - who never stepped foot in a vehicle, never spammed kits on the ground, never "whored" - get over 200 pts on Sharqi Penn. The times that I was on the ground pounding with the rest of the squad (instead of flying the cobra or gunning in it) - he was dead on with the heals and revives. None of us were ever dead for more than a couple seconds at the most - which kept our tickets up and the game lasting.

Keep your chin up - keep whittling away at the points and awards. If you know you are not going to get the next rank - work on the ribbons and medals. It will give you an objective at least. For the weapon unlocks - just use the kits dropped by the rest of your team, or the people you kill.

you play like you play, changing accounts doesnt change that. Those unlocks will come eventually, and, the unlocks arent going to be your holy saviour. Stick with your account, and maybe even be proud of it (or not, whatever you like).

If you gave your account out of your hands, what would you be left with if it was returned after some statpadding medic pilot with uber leet bunnyhop/m203 skills got the two unlocks for you?

Earn them and you will be much happier id say.

gotta give my props to random task not many people can say the same as he has

for the most part i play the same as you do i will punish for tk if it is blatantly his fault but yes the points will come
most of the default weapons are sufficient anyway from what i see i think there are only 2 gotta haves the l85a1 for the medic and the auto shotgun for the engineer

I would have to say what you do is hard in a game like this but i think you would be better off staying with your account because its yours
