Running My Own Server.

Hey,

i downloaded the server files for windows and go to run the server, i put all the options in ect. i put my ip address in and click start. the server says No-Game. Why is this.

The server only runs on my network ip . Strange

can anyone help me?

Man, Munson why havent I seen you post lately?

1) Server files arent required for download for a non-dedicated server.
2) Are you running a dedicated vs non dedicated server on your machine?
3) Reason I ask, is that server files may be placed in alternate locations when running non-dedicated vs dedicated
4) Hmmm, Munson was a great resource for servers, and had great knowledge on how to help peeps, unfortunately i think the bombardment of stupid questions and his responding just killed his enthusiasm at this.
5) Please respond what type of server you are trying to run and after that, we will start to troubleshoot your server settings?
