How do i put this graphics card in?

how do i put this graphics card (nvidia 5700) into my pci slot, i know it's in the back on the bottom.

Is your gfx card a 5700pci or 5700agp? If it's a pci, just find an open PCI slot...there should be at least 3 pci slots on your mobo.

pci, and yea i have 3 of them on the bottom of the back, how do i open one? and then do i just put it in?

Open your case up and find the PCI slots. Then unlock one of the PCI slots and insert the card. Look at the bottom of the card and the slot to figure out which way to insert it. Press it down with light-moderate pressure and when it's fully inserted, lock it in.

Make sure your PC is off

Yup^^...And ground urself bub, or ur going to be replacing more then just the graphics card :)

Yea i got it, runs around 30-50 fps medium/low

ha yea, well the next thing i'll get will most likely be in the ram department, i don't know wich is good though, hopefully i can get atleast a gig.

:) well gj...i remeber when i first put my 6600GT in...it worked...then i had to like send it back to newegg cause iw as dumb...(i thought the card was faulty but it was my power supply) so i bought a power supply and another card...and then...lol i put the card in with the motherboard still pluged in!:laugh: well so i needed to ship that back and now my new card is coming within 2 or 3 days...
