But the resolution looks crappy, and the text is in german. It doesn't look like EA to me, but i may be wrong.

EA has stated that the main reason the patch isn't already out is because it's being tested over and over again. If they don't test it enough, more bugs will be created from the patch, than bugs will be fixed.

And someone has to do this testing. And most people who are able to test BF2 are also able to hit PrntScrn,

Anyone can mod their files so that a truck spawns where the tank should. Not to mention that if those german screenies are legit (which I believe they are), you would have the flag name above the flag in the minimap, which you don't.

Actually thats just the U.S. base on Karkand. Some modder just dropped a pickup outta the sky.

I know. That pickup is included with the retail of BF2 though. Doesn't look like they had to do much to it for Special Forces except add the mounted gun to it. There's also a larger truck included with BF2 that's more like a cargo truck or something. Almost reminds me of a garbage truck in a way. :p Getting in either of them crashes the game to the desktop though. With the models and everything already in, I wonder why these got cut? They would have been a blast to have.

I looked at the those screens, besides the fact that they look terrible(low res, bad artifacting) I dont see anything really exciting about those screens. That map looks like Daqing Oilfields on a cloudy day with the Refinery replaced with Rocket platform. Whoopee an RPG(like its any more useful than the SRAW/ERYX) and a quad runner, oh and who can forget the those trucks with guns mounted on the back(WOW!?) and the SVD with red Reticle, not worth the extra money as I dont see anything really "new"
