Ramming is a great tactic in mashtuur. It's different when soemone takes the attack chopper right into me on purpose, but I don't complain. It's just great to see 6 people say "nub" in the text box simultaneously. Whenever I play mashtuur, I make an effort to get on MEC for the sky cow. If the pilot complains, next time I ram them with no c4 so he gets TKs. It's all fair. Don't whine because someone figured out a way to take you down even with 3 engineers.

Ramming is cheap, sure, I believe the way blackhawks are used is cheap.

What a surprise! MEC using suicide tactics? That wouldn't happen in RL, right?
I couldn't care less if some chopper whore thinks it's a cheap kill. Come on, you think it takes skill to kill infantry with the miniguns? I find it absolutley hysterical when I see it happen.

bah. i've said it before but i'll say it again. you took that blackhawk down because it was crewed by idiots.
you sound like you think you are the only person to take one out. nobody ever said it was impossible. i've downed them w/ tanks, apcs, tows, stingers, C4, AT and nades (both thrown and launched). i just dont kid myself on the reason why it was possible.

two AT take down a blackhawk and you really think its because of your skill or tactics?
engineers will have it repaired before you can get a second shot, if the AOE rapid fire guns that own anything except a tank didnt kill you already. you killed the engineers? the pilot was an idiot for hanging around.

you killed the pilot or shot the landing gear? the gunners and passengers were blind to not have shot you before you got a chance and the pilot was an idiot for staying still long enough for you to do that. or you got lucky.

luck is not a tactic, plain and simple!

...can no one ever just sit back and laugh when two full Blackhawks collide in mid-air? The first time it happened, I was ****ed as hell, then I had to laugh that it was angry over a game... Lighten up. =)

And as for roadkills... don't tell me that doesn't take skill. Even on a map like Karkand where you'd think the masses would be ripe for a good ploughing, you grab that US jeep and drive into the heart of the skirmish and see how many kills you get. It's a surefire way to ruin your k:d, but when you're PMSing, there's nothing more satisfying. ...except for some good old fashion knifing. =)

this morning a female suicide bomber killed 5 people outside a US office in Iraq

Ramming or "kamakaze" is part of war

on a seperate not I love suicide bombing.....walk up to a group or tank, drop the C4 and press the trigger before they kill you taking out up to 5 enemies with you

now for the exception to the rule: i have rammed a choper while in persuit...he turned and gained altitude, I turned the opposite way and hit him head on...yes it was an accident

ramming is for pu$$y kids that need to play some more single player then come play with the big dogs....

                  just my 2 cents....

You must be a BH whore, I ram all the time. Its a tactic that helps the MEC on Mashtuur city. why do we need to sit there and get slaughtered by the BH when we can eliminate it all together by keeping them down.

Lame? A bit, especially if you still have missiles left...but sometimes it's the only thing to do.

                    Valid? Certainly.

                    Getting you kicked? Very possibly....

that would explain the blackhawks and bunnyhopping.

those are different issues than ramming. Ramming has been performed in war before. Its Not New. Its not an exploit. Its not a cheat.

If you want to "jihad" than whatever side you are on is the "jihad" side.

if all of you bright young souls forgot...

jihad means "holy war" not "i am going to ram you with my Z8 because you've been whoring the BH all round"

it is fun to yell "allahu akhbar" when you're about to collide though

RAM THOSE BLACK HAWK WHORES!!! they can cry me a river. The only time i find ramming not suitable is on other maps that involve jets. If you go around ramming people with a jet then thats pure noob.
