You see where I have circled it's like 2 dry stream beds, you can get stuck in the first one if you are too close to edge of map it's like a big hole you can't climb out of, very annoying but if you get in it about half way you can walk down to the river.
I was spec ops and doing a raid on assets, you can drive a buggy up to them jump in and run along to river, up other side and your right in middle of base to cause havoc! Best way to get there without being seen.
