Rcon Menu

Hi,

I am hoping some techy reading this might be able to help with this query.
Is there a mod out there or in development that if when you are in matches you can have (instead of using the tile key ) a program ( by pressing one of the F keys) that can bring a drop-down rcon menu which is quicker and easier to use than to keep typing commands in.???
