CTD, corrupt bf2.exe file issue

First of all, yes, I did do a forum search, could not find a solution.

I have never had any problems running bf2 or anything so this was sort of unexpected, but while I was playing a certain server, the game froze and crashed to desktop, and I got a little notice in the corner saying my bf2.exe file was corrupt .

I restarted and fired bf2 back up, working fine.... I get back into the same server and my mouse and keyboard freeze up, cant hit escape or anything. only thing that seems to work is alt+tab and cntrl+alt+del.

I thought it may be the specific server I was on, so I restarted, went to another random server and got the same issue.

I have never had problems with it before, and I have no clue how to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

Well, I think I got it figured out. If you found this thread on a forum search and are having the same problems

Restore you default keymap.
