If you fly straight up in a jet until it starts spinning uncontrollably and chute out, you can get a good 5 mins in one try.

i had a good five minutes and still couldnt see the ground then i went away to go make some food nad i lagged out of hte server

5 minutes ......I rode the tailwinds across the map.... I took many screen shots, ate a MRE, and saw many men die beneath me. At the end of my jump and landed in a huge pile of dung, that killed me.

No idea but I was in the air for so long, I was attemting to get the Airborn Ribbon, but i went to high with the jet and I was in the air for a long time.
