Why would an admin want to do that?
Let someone, with no knowledge of who they are, be an admin on their server.
Seems like a fast-track way for an admin to get a bad name for their server....

Join a clan! Lots of clans let their members admin on their server.

unless you use your powers as admin to find their IP, track it to their ISP, make their ISP tell you where they live, go to their house, and hold a gun to their head.
