But basically if any of your passengers get a teamwork point, you get a driver ability point (e.g. healing point, repair point)

Would it really hurt you to use the search feature? I know that I've answered this question three times.

When a passenger in your vehicle does something worthy of a teamwork point for themselves, you get a Driver Ability Assist. This can involve a medic healing/reviving, a support resupplying, or an engineer repairing.

it doesnt really matter since they have the same point values as healing and such

its would be fun if in the 1.03 patch u get driver abbility assist for every minute per transported passenger...so for example since the BH passenger will need to bail out of it to cap a flag and every kill they wouln'd make in it would be compensated by the transport time from the main/heliport to those flags since i dont think they will all get back in the chooper if there is one to retake em.

i wish u could revive ppl in your car if your an passenger, like in the humvee, u hyst turn around pull out the buggers and zap him

I actually thought about this before the first time I answered the question. In circle vehicles (Heavy Jeep+), there are passenger slots where you can use weapons from your kit. As a medic, you can pull out shock paddles.

I've actually shock paddled bodies on the groud right behind the jeep, as well as shock paddled an enemy that the driver just happened to miss,
