That's a nice-looking mouse (even if it is from Microsoft).

That is what I used to use before I got the MX518. World of difference.

        1. Fire
        2. Alt/Zoom
        3. F11
        4. F9
        5. F10
        Wheel. Weapon Select

I find having the camera controls on my mouse to be very useful. Especially when capping a flag in a tank or flying and seeing if anyone is on my tail. I'm using a M$ Intellimouse Explorer 3.0a.

i would stick Defibrillators instead of Okay on your mouse, if you play as medic. Its always useful to bring your defibs out to save someone.
Or map a toggle from Pistol to Main weapon (Bf2 enhance does this, but its onlymiddle mous button i think)

I like your idea for TS talk/Parachute. When i get my lovely new MX1000 i will be doing that.

I have an MX518 set up as follows.

            1. Shoot.
            2. Alt Fire/Sights.
            3. Position 2 (Land/Air Vehicle)~Click/Scroll Weapons~Wheel.
            4. Roger/OK.
            5. TS talk/Parachute. (Shared Button).
            6. +Increase Mouse Sensitivity.
            7. -Decrease Mouse Sensitivity.

The only button i cannot config is the application switch button (to the right of #7 in pic).

I think that having Roger/OK as mouse button 4 may be a bit lame, what do you think i should have on mouse button 4 ? Any tips ?

Whats your setup using same numbered buttons ?:hmm:
I have the same mouse and I have buttons 3,4,5 different.

            3. Pistol (handy in the heat of battle when you dont have time to reload)
            4. Prone
            5. Sprint

I too set the sensitivity to 1600dpi in a tank, lol its hard to get your bearings when you exit the damn thing though. Good thing the decrease sensitivity button is close by.

Great mouse though, I had the microsoft one pictured in this thread before the mx518, but the ability to change sensitivity on the fly is very good.

How, exactly, do you share a button? everytime you open your parachute, do you talk?
Yeah everytime i eject i press button 5 when im ready to pull shoot and shout parachuting to me mates and maybe i might get a lift, kills 2 birds with one stone.

Ok i may stick AT Mines on button 4 as i usually go engineer.

Gonna try and get button 8 to get me spanner out.
