Missing Points

Hi all,

So I had my best round as commander the other night and earned about 189 points on a ranked server (FMG), so the next morning, expecting to see my points increased and my new high-score showing - I was greatly disappointed.

After the round finished, I waited for the new map to load and the JOIN button highlighted. Because I wanted to go to bed, I clicked on disconnect and then quit.

Did I lose my points?

I would think : No,

However there have been times that I know i did not get points from a round.... to include my basic knife (Which I havent gotten since).

Hopefully it is simply an update issue that will resolve itself with time

Do you really have to load the next map in order to get stats for the previous one?

Nope. Normally as the next map begins to load I hit Esc and then quit and still receive my points.

i think there are some problems with recording scores.

Before i knowq for a fact i have played around 5 rounds and got a total score of around 300 points and a medal on the last round but when i log in too bbfha i have only got like 20 points more than i started with but the medals there so my points just haven't been copunted, its really annoying.

I always wait until I join the next map - then I disconnect. Just to be safe.

Yeah same here, as I have had points and badges dissappear before.

No you don't. Soon as the round is finished the server takes a snap shot of all the stats and points for that round and sends it off to the stat processing servers. Once the round is over you can hit escape and disconnect and you should get your points.

Occasionally there are problems getting the snapshot to the servers, etc. This is when you points won't be accrued. This is pretty rare but it looks like you were unlucky enough to have it happen when you had your best round.
