Problem with Account Recovery for the new expansion

Just think about it, bf2 and bf2:sf will be somewhat different games. If you are better with bf2 and suck at sf, and your account is able to go to special forces with all of your kills and medals still there from regular bf2, that means you can just keep playing the regular bf2 and be on top of the sf leaderboards right?

or am i missing somthing?

I belive that stats transfer over, but they will be adding new medals, badges, etc. It would be dumb to have to start all over again for an expansion pack.

Yea, but if the stats move over, are they still conistant with bf2 stats? like i get some more kills on bf2, and then gain another rank, does that rank transfer to sf?

Yea dude.. it's gonna be the same as it is now but the SF maps will be integrated into the current servers. It's not a new game.

It's not a new game? so i can play old bf2 maps with nightvision ect?

You will have the same stats it will continue, you can play the original bf2 maps but you cannot use the special forces items (like night vision) on those maps. The night vision would only go with special forces maps.

The SF maps will have their own unique kits and items like the maps now. (china on some and mec on others)

sf will have new awards, but you dont get night on bf2. theyll stay separate for now. looking forward to night maps in bf2 though.
