Yeah, you can hear the enemy commander spotting enemies and stuff right before you [Knife] him

when ppl use radio commands, their character actually says it. if you are close enough you can hear them.Comment

its probably the commander your hearing. The only game to date with proximity talk is halo 2.Comment

They were originally going to have the proximity VOIP, which would have been great for communicating with people that werent in your squad and it would have been cool to listen in to an enemy talking to others.... however this feature joined the LONG list of cool stuff that DICE never put into the final version
