game frozen at profile screen.....HELP!!!

The game is frozen at the profile select screen, i just installed the game on my other computer and it keeps freezing. I have the update and everything, intro loads fine just like on this computer, but for some reason when the game gets to the profile login screen it freezes, i can move the mouse around but cant get anything to work. And when i click on manage accounts, the button doesn't glow yellow but the screen turns black and stays there but i can still move my mouse around. I dont get it... and oh ya, the sound keeps playing.

Did you happen to remove any of the files inside your /movies/ directory? Make sure you didn't remove all of them.

Could also be related to your video/sound drivers. Make sure they're up to date.
