It tells me that in order for optium performance, I need to upgrade my Nvidia card and It says I can do that in the Update Drivers option on the BF2 spash screen, where is that?

When you put the CD/DVD in the drive, a little autorun app comes up. You will see it somewhere in there.
Otherwise you can browse the CD for the drivers or download them from www.nvidia.com
