Fraps Sound Record problem

When i record BF2 the picture is fine but I'm having poor audio sync problems and the sound is really choopy and hard to understand.

The main problem is the audio sync. Its like 10 seconds ahead of the movie when I play it in windows media 10 or Divx player 6.

Whats the problem how do I fix the audio?

I forgot to mention that recording Return to Castle Wolfenstien
does not bring about audio sync or choppyness and is quite a good movie from fraps

it seems it just BF2 and I have lowered all the graphic and sound settings but no work.

I hope you guys have a solution.
