Does anyone else feel...

...that they sound extremely stupid when the computer plays back their voice? I swear, I sound totally different on VoIP and Windows Sound Recorder compared to how I sound in real life...

Is it just me? Do people generally think they sound wrong when they hear their own voice? Are you embarrassed to talk in games because people will laugh at you? :laugh:

I sound so much different, I'm frankly scared. :cry:

Heh, yeah I thought I sounded weird. I got used to it though, just remember that there is 6 billion people in the world, being embarrassed is stupid, just get on with it and have fun :)

i don't get it. you can't hear yourself talk when you play (can you ) so why worry about it?
