when i enter the game i can update the server list once. If I try to update or refresh the list a second time the list is cleared and will not update after that. I must close the game and then reopen the game to update the list. This just started happening about a week ago. Any idea's?

Did you change anything on your system about a week ago? Hardware or software-wise.
Did you patch to v1.02? (HAVE you patched to v1.02?)
Are you behind a router? (have you upgraded the firmware?)
Are you running a software firewall of any kind? (windows xp firewall, sygate, zonealarm, etc.) -

Thanks for the reply....No changes I can think of. I've had 1.02 all along and no new firmware, software, no router or firewall. Or at least I turn off my Norton firewall when I play. I began to use Teamspeak.. does that create problems?Comment

Well, you could certainly find out.
I cannot think of a reason why TeamSpeak would cause problems...but try uninstalling TeamSpeak and then trying to play BF2 online and see if the problem goes away.
This is just one of the general rules of troubleshooting

Most interesting, I unchecked the populated and full boxes in the server filters.... all is well now.Comment
