NOTICE: Pressing "Print Screen" will only work while in-game. Trying to screen capture the scoreboard or loading screens require that you press "Alt+Print Screen" and paste the image into your favorite graphics program.

Fraps, though, is probably your best bet.

I guess only the loading screens then.
I have made screenshots of the scoreboard without "Alt+Print Screen"

I would never go back to Print Screening again after i started using Fraps. It makes things so much easier and is less work (no saving into paint or choosing where to save, etc). I don't know why people still recomend Print Screen. It also uses almost no resources and doesn't affect games when not taking videos.
