how do you speed up map load times????

:cry: Oky these are my specs

amd 64 3700
1gig ozc ram
6800 gt
37gig raptor

Now it takes me at least 3 to 5 minutes during a map cahnge any idea on how to speed this up witout speending a ton of money????

Shouldn't be taking you that long.

I had an XP3000|6800GT|1GB Kingston PC2700 and loads were a minute maximum.
Upgraded to 2GB of OCZ platinum and load times were cut in half again.

That sounds way off. Clear the cache out and see if that helps any.

... and be sure to defragmet the HD. So you know what is going on while the map loads, it is decompressing all those game files on the fly. If you can find a way to make your PC decompress files like the .zip files faster, that would result in faster map load times.
