Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
To all you experienced aviators out there I want to pick your brains! Currently this (and sniping) are my least used exploits in BF2 and I'd like to go for the aviator ribbon. Any good tips?
Also, can you cap flags in a plane with a slow flyby w/o crashing?!

there arent many really good pilots out there that are going to tell you all their magic tricks. that would be as counterproductive to them as telling you how to take out a tank with one shell from another tank.
if a map has jets in it, fly, no matter how long you have to wait for a plane to spawn. experience through airtime is the only way you will really know when the right time is to do certain things. some people will point out the simple things here, but that is about it. if someone is better than you on the other team, keep getting back up there, dont be like some of these ****s that get shot down and leave the server for fear of damaging their stats (or what have you).
I was crap, I could barely shoot down a plane, I got my aviatorbadge by circle bombing on Dragon.
But, I wanted to get better, after my stunt video (I am good at flying, and was not so good at fighting), and the only way is practice.
My only other tip, is you need patience. You can't just blast 6 missiles anytime you get a lock, you need to wait. The more your practice the better you will get at knowing when to shoot and how to avoid misslies. If you lock go into either a steep turn, or a steep loop.
Mainly, don't shoot at people turning, don't switch to missiles until you are going to shoot, then lock up and fire.
here's a SUPER EASY way to get the aviator ribbon:
1. become commander
2. sit in a plane (don't bother flying) for at least 20 minutes
3. get at least 19 ARTY KILLS and you're done
the beauty of this is that since you were sitting in a jet, the game counts the arty kills as jet kills and therefore, you'd get the aviator ribbon. that's what i did. better to find a zatar map with less than 20 players so as not to **** off the jet flyers...
