To report cheaters, stat-padders, hackers etc you must contact the people at EA's ranked server forums http://bfroe.com.
Do not start threads complaining about so-and-so using wall hacks or so-and-so "Blackhawk whoring". These posts will simply clutter up the board and are not helping. Instead, go straight to EA's website since the people there can actually do something about the problem.
